DRIVEN Professionals tend to be inherently hard on ourselves. We take responsibilities seriously, and perpetually feel like we’re not doing enough. This can sometimes equate to a sense of not “being” enough. The way we speak to ourselves can be so harsh that we couldn’t imagine acting that insensitively to a friend, family member or colleague. Well, it’s time to change all that.
With an intimate workshop we’re calling Real Talk, Real Food, DRIVEN’s founder Deborah Goldstein invites you to be one of only five others to join her at her Manhattan apartment and discuss concrete first steps towards self-compassion and eventual self-acceptance. While feasting on a healthful, delicious, homemade meal and sipping on world-class wines, our small group will share our experiences in self-criticism honestly. The goal will be to learn from each other’s scenarios, and find real ways to convert our inner critics to cheerleaders. Sign up today, and be among a select few to uncover solutions that work.
